Baking with Anne: How to make Pandesal!




Pandesal is a filipino bread roll commonly eaten in the morning for breakfast with coffee.

Ingredients you will need:

First process:
1 cup of flour 
2/3 cup of warm water
1 tbsp of sugar
1 package of yeast
1/2 tsp of salt 

Second Process:
3 cups of flour
2/3 cup milk (room temp.)
1/4 cup melted butter 
1 egg 
1/2 cup sugar 

Third Process:
1 tsp oil

Final Process:
1 cup of bread crumbs

NOW IT'S READY TO BE BAKED AT 375 DEG. FOR 20 MINUTES!!!
